PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic having an effect of still more actively realizing such an aim that the cosmetic gives the skin moisture and firmness which are not satisfied by conventional cosmetics and, simultaneously, keeps the skin fresh by reducing blotches and freckles. SOLUTION: This cosmetic contains a fermented liquid of a red bean, so that the cosmetic furnishes the skin with the moisture and the firmness and, simultaneously, keeps the skin fresh by reducing the blotches and the freckles.
