PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate cylinder replacement truck which can allow an operator to easily perform an operation to replace a plate cylinder by lessening an operation load shouldered by the operator, without setting up a plate cylinder replacement device between printing units, and the printing unit. SOLUTION: This plate cylinder replacement truck comprises the following components: a truck main body which can move around to a spot before the printing unit which requires replacement of the plate cylinder, a plate cylinder table retainer which is retained horizontally on the truck main body through a lifting means which ascends/descends vertically, a plate cylinder table which is fitted to the plate cylinder table retainer in a gyrating manner through a gyrating means which gyrates horizontally, a plate cylinder support which supports the peripheral surface of the plate cylinder, installed in the way that the support can horizontally load two plate cylinders on the plate cylinder table, and a horizontal position locator and a vertical position locator which indicate a loading position of the plate cylinder in the horizontal and the vertical direction respectively.
