PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel adaptor which is capable of putting and putting off a disposable vessel in and from an autorotational or revolutionary container of an autorotation or revolution type agitation and defoam agitating apparatus as it is and which is capable of agitating or defoam agitating a substance filling the disposable vessel. SOLUTION: The vessel adaptor can put or put off the disposable vessel 20 or 20B in and from the autorotational and revolutionary container of the autorotation and revolution type agitating or defoam agitating apparatus 10 and can autorotate and revolve the disposable vessel 20 or 20B by inserting an adhesive rubber or synthetic resin molding 30 or 30B into the autorotational and revolutionary vessel.
