<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fretting wear resulting from the bending of an axle between an inner ring of a bearing device and a rear cover used for positioning the inner ring. <P>SOLUTION: A plating layer 14 formed of a soft metal is formed on the contact surface of the inner ring 4 or the rear cover 5 to absorb pressure fluctuation and to prevent the inner ring from being brought into direct contact with the rear cover. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
