PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily create simplified CG data according to use application. SOLUTION: A CG generation part 106 generates a virtual image from a 3-dimensional CG model relating to a virtual object composed of a plurality of parts, based on viewpoint position posture information of an actual image. An image combining part 103 generates a composite actual space image by combining the virtual image and the actual image.
