PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control device capable of effectively preventing thermal damage of an air blowing means. SOLUTION: In this temperature control device 30 of a vending machine 1 which comprises the air blowing means 130 blowing air to commodities by rotating an axial flow fan 132 and a heating means 330 arranged in the downstream area of the blowing means 130 so that commodities are heated by heating the air supplied from the blowing means 130 by the heating means 330, a rotation suppressing means 40 suppressing the rotation of the air supplied from the blowing means 130 is arranged in a position opposed to the heating means 330 in the downstream area of the blowing means 130.
