PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe the future and the past by Hemi-Sync (R) techniques and to produce only negative energy to maintain a naked singular point of a charged artificial mini black hole for observing the future and the past. SOLUTION: To obtain only negative energy, Casimir effect is used; or a laser beam is guided through a lithium niobate crystal and a mirror is used to little separate the positive component and the negative component of the beam. A device for observing everything in the future and the past is realized by separating a reflecting system farther apart so as to obtain only the negative component; driving the energy into a charged artificial mini black hole; or through conscious in an out-of-body state by Hemi-Sync (R) techniques in collective unconscious.
