PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding-type scale that is superior in storage properties and capable of measuring a body weight at an arbitrary location. SOLUTION: The folding-type scale comprises a right-leg mounting base 1 and a left leg mounting base 2; pressure sensors for outputting signals corresponding to the weight by detecting the weight applied on the leg mounted base on the right-leg mounting base 1 and the left-leg mounting base 2; a calculation device for calculating the body weight, on the basis of a signal from the pressure sensor by overlapping to mutually rotatably connect the right-leg mounting base 1 and the left-leg mounting base 2; and a display device 13 for displaying the body weight calculated by the calculation device.
