PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide measurement data and its change of state in an intuitive manner. SOLUTION: The fluid analyzer 14 records the state within a measurement environment by a video camera 6 and displays it on a display device 8. The fluid analyzer 14 presents recording data at the position of a cursor 16, which moves through the operation of a mouse 22 through the sense of hearing by converting it into sound information and through the sense of touch and force by converting it into sense of touch and force information, and actuating a presentation part 24 provided in an apparatus for presenting the sense of touch and force 10. The fluid analyzer 14 detects user's operations to the presentation part 24 and transmits indications for changes of measurement conditions, such as wind velocity to equipment 2, thereby making the measurement environment changed.
