PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a power transmission device to be incorporated in a restricted installation space. SOLUTION: The power transmission device comprises inner and outer raceway members 1, 3 arranged concentrically with each other and a sprag type one-way clutch 5 mounted between both members 1, 3. The outer ring member (the raceway member) 1 is formed by a transmission member 1a which is press-molded into a shape with at least a cylindrical portion 1a1 and an axially cylindrical reinforcing member 1b which is pressed into the inner diameter face of the cylindrical portion 1a1 for reinforcing the strength of the cylindrical portion 1a1 and preventing its deformation.
