PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling fan driving rotor structure radiating heat forcedly by providing at least a through hole and a projecting part at a sealing and closing end of a hub of a cooling fan driving rotor provided with a cooling fan at the outer periphery, positioning the projecting part in the axial direction of the through hole to put it adjacent to the through hole, and letting fluid flow forcedly through the through hole by the projecting part to reduce temperature of fluid in the hub. SOLUTION: This rotor structure radiating heat forcedly is composed of the hub 21 provided with the cooling fan at the outer periphery and a shell body 22 in the hub. The hub has the sealing and closing end 211 and an opening end 212. The sealing and closing end is provided with at least one through hole 216 arranged radially. The through hole is provided with the projecting part 217 along circumference of hole diameter to let fluid flow forcedly through the through hole by the projecting part and reduce temperature of inside fluid which is raised by heat generation by the cooling fan driving rotor in the hub and the shell body.
