PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide prize balls in line to a ball release port opened at the center part of the bottom without ball clogging in a ball collection chamber of a variable prize device. SOLUTION: The variable prize device has a door (6) at a winning port (4), and releasing the prize balls (A) entering the ball collection chamber (12) when the door is opened outward through the ball release port (19) opened at the center part of a bottom plate (20). The variable prize device has a center plate part (20a) facing the ball release port (19) and having a downwardly inclined surface from the front edge to the rear side on the upper surface of the bottom plate (20) of the ball collection chamber. Right and left side plate parts (20b, 20c) across the center plate part (20a) are formed to be inclined toward both of the center plate part and the winning port (4), respectively, to guide the prize balls entering the ball collection chamber (12) from the right and left side plate parts (20b, 20c) to the center plate part (20a) along respective ingredients into alignment, so that the prize balls concentrated at the ball release port (19) are released one by one.
