PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush providing an appropriate gingiva massage effect for promoting the activation of cells in the oral cavity soft tissue and exhibiting a high plaque removing effect at fine sites such as cervical region, an interdental part and a pit and fissure part of an occluding surface despite a low tooth brushing pressure. SOLUTION: This toothbrush is formed by filling bristle bundles formed by bundling a plurality of bristles on a bristle filling face 2 of a head part 1 and a unit-bundle bristle elasticity strength is set to not less than 0.30 N and not more than 1.20 N.
