PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher capable of inhibiting extension of the drying time of the tableware even if a deodorizer is mounted in an air discharge path. SOLUTION: The dishwasher executes a tableware drying process following a tableware washing process. The dishwasher comprises a washing tub for storing the tableware, an air blowing means for blowing air for drying into the washing tub from outside in the tableware drying process, the air discharge path for discharging air blown into the washing tub by the blowing means, the deodorizer 73 interposed in the discharge path for deodorizing the discharged air passing through the discharge path, and an opening/closing means 72 interposed in the discharge path for letting the discharged air pass only through the deodorizer 73 when the opening/closing means is closed and letting the discharged air pass through the opening/closing means as well as the deodorizer 73 when the opening/closing means is opened.
