PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable composition for a liquid crystal panel sealing, which is excellent in adhesive property to a substrate and causes no decrease in voltage holding rate of the obtained liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: The photocurable composition for a liquid crystal panel sealing contains a (meth)acrylate and a maleimide compound and contains 0.5-10 mass% photopolymerizable compound having a phosphate group and at least one (meth)acryloyl group within a molecule.
