PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify the therapeutic capability of N-[6-methoxy-5-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-2-(2-pyrimidinyl)-4-pyrimidinyl]-2-phenylethene sulfonamide, or its salt for concrete diseases and create a new therapeutic agent. SOLUTION: This pain-mitigating agent for endothelin-induced diseases such as prostatic cancer, osteoblastic change-improving agent, pain-mitigating agent accompanied by osteogenesis, osteoblastic change-improving agent by metastasis of prostatic cancer to bone, pain-mitigating agent accompanied by metaslasis of prostatic cancer to bone, prostatic cancer cell proliferation inhibitor and/or prostatic cancer progress inhibitor, contains N-[6-methoxy-5-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-2-(2-pyrimidinyl)-4-pyrimidinyl]-2-phenylethene sulfonamide or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient are provided.
