PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interference between wiper arms, by dissimilate a starting speed from a downward inversion position between a wiper arm on a driver seat side and a wiper arm on a passenger seat side. SOLUTION: A wiper device 13 is an opposed wiping type having the DR-side wiper arm attached to a DR-side wiper shaft, and the AS-side wiper arm attached to a AS-side wiper shaft 14b. An oscillation shaft 45 is disposed to the inside of a vehicle in parallel with the AS-side wiper shaft 14b, and an AS-side drive rod 36b is connected with a sub lever 43 supported by the oscillation shaft 45 to be capable of oscillating. The sub lever 43 is connected with an AS-side drive lever 18b through a connecting link 44, and a connection part of the AS-side drive lever 18b and the connecting link 44 is arranged to be closer to the inside of the vehicle than a linear line L2 connecting the connection part of the sub lever 43 with the connecting link 44 and the oscillation shaft 45.
