PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet ejection head which is superior in wiping durability, and to which working can be simply and surely carried out without cracking and chipping brought about to a nozzle substrate in a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The liquid droplet ejection head 1 is equipped with the nozzle substrate 4 where a nozzle part 7 is formed, and an ejection chamber 13 which communicates with the nozzle part 7 of the nozzle substrate 4. A liquid in the ejection chamber 13 is ejected from the nozzle part 7. A taper part 8 enlarged in diameter into a taper shape is set at an ejection side of the nozzle part 7 of the nozzle substrate 4, and a liquid-repellent film 9 is formed at the taper part 8. In this case, a diameter-enlarged part 6 is set at a rear face side of the nozzle part 7 of the nozzle substrate 4.
