Sleeve (20) is arranged coaxially to pipe (22) in which at pipe end or pipe extensions is axially displaced in handle or unit, it is held pressure tight whereby between the pipe and pipe extensions a cushion in form of a compressed damping means is arranged in sleeve. Compressed air channel inside sleeve and pipe extensions with compressed air chamber is connected to compressed air supply line (31) and handle.
