The pneumatic hand punch device has a pipe (6) to which punch unit holder (2) is arranged and a punch (1) is guided in the punch unit holder and can be relocated. The pressure piece (4) is guided in the pipe for punch. An impact piece (8) is guided in the pipe which is supported through a return spring (5) against the pressure piece. A pressure chamber (9) is held in pipe and is restricted by the impact piece. A propellant gas source (15) is connected with the pressure chamber by an alternative temporary actuated valve which has an actuation pin (11) facing the pipe. A connecting rod (7) cooperating with the actuation pin is arranged in the pipe for the opening of the valve.
