PURPOSE: Salads for anti-obeseness are provided, which salad has improved weight reducing and lipid metabolism improving activity, so that it can be useful in health food industry. CONSTITUTION: The lettuce salad composition for anti-obeseness comprises 20 wt.% of buckwheat leaf, 20 wt.% of Lycium Chinense(the fruit of Chinese matrimony vine) leaf, 10 wt.% of onion, 10 wt.% of lettuce, 20 wt.% of chicory, 10 wt.% of citrus and 10 wt.% of carrot. The blue fin tuna salad composition for anti-obeseness comprises 20 wt.% of buckwheat leaf, 10 wt.% of Lycium Chinense leaf, 10 wt.% of persimmon leaf, 20 wt.% of blue fin tuna, 10 wt.% of onion, 20 wt.% of lettuce and 10 wt.% of tomato. |
