<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling frequency determination method and program in which a sampling frequency is determined as low as possible when frequency-converting one desired channel for each of one or more wireless system bands using under-sampling. <P>SOLUTION: A bandwidth BW<SB>ch</SB>of a down-convert image of a desired channel determines a return signal with a frequency "0" or a half sampling frequency F<SB>s</SB>/2 in a bandwidth BW of a down-convert image of a system band as a boundary and a bottom sampling frequency F<SB>s</SB>not to interfere in a frequency domain.
