<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply prescribed points to a user according to service contents corresponding to a trouble when maintenance measures are required due to the generation of any trouble or the like, and to prevent any bad impression from being given to the user. <P>SOLUTION: A customer window terminal 13 fetches information related with the contents of a maintenance service, and transmits it to a point management server 11, and the point management server 11 calculates a point value to be applied according to the contents of the prefetched maintenance service, and updates the stored point value for each customer.
