<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device capable of surely executing stable processing in image processing as post processing, such as brightness or color correction, framing processing of a photographed image. <P>SOLUTION: In an ID card issuing device etc. which issues an ID card by printing a face image and personal information of a person on a card medium together, the photographing device that captures the face image of the person to be photographed, photographs an image at least including the face of the person photographed or a face photograph of the person photographed, acquires specific position information of the face in the photographed image, extracts the face image from the photographed image, and correspondingly stores the extracted face image and the acquired specific position information on the face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
