<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-rolling device capable of correcting a gradual decrease in thickness in the flowing direction of a web. <P>SOLUTION: In a manufacturing process of an electrode for a non-aqueous electrolysis-liquid secondary battery, a press-roll device 10 presses a metallic web, which is coated with an active material and dried, by continuously passing the metallic web between two press rolls 12, 14 arranged parallel to each other.
