PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program delivery system 10 that can reduce a load on a program delivery server 12. SOLUTION: An information terminal 20 comprises a radio communication part 200, a program storage part 206 for storing a program and accompanying information on the program, a program acquisition part 202 for acquiring a program and accompanying information from the program delivery server 12 or another information terminal 20 via the radio communication part 200 and, if the accompanying information in the program storage part 206 is different from the acquired accompanying information, updating the program and accompanying information in the program storage part 206 with the acquired program and accompanying information, a program transfer part 204 for transferring the program and accompanying information in the program storage part 206 to another information terminal 20 via the radio communication part 200, and a program execution part 208 for executing the program in the program storage part 206.
