PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic situation with high accuracy by using present traffic information and traffic study data. SOLUTION: This traffic situation system has a traffic information acquisition processing means for acquiring traffic information about a prescribed road section traffic study data, about road links included in the road section, and a traffic study data adjustment processing means for adjusting the traffic study data about a road link whose traffic information is not presented among road links included in the road section on the basis of the traffic information. Since the traffic study data are adjusted on the basis of the traffic information about a road link whose traffic information is not presented among the respective road links, the traffic situation can be presented with high accuracy.
