PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a right-turn action supporting apparatus and a right-turn action supporting method by which a driver of his/her own vehicle can estimate right-turn action time more accurately as compared with a conventional method. SOLUTION: The right-turn action supporting apparatus 100 is provided with: a driver specification part 108 for specifying a driver of his/her own vehicle; an intersection specification part 103 for specifying an intersection into which his/her own vehicle enters; a right-turn action time history storage part 109 for storing right-turn action time Tr' from the start of right-turn of his/her own vehicle up to the completion in the intersection as history data corresponding to the driver and the intersection; a right-turn action time extraction part 110 for extracting an estimation value Tr of the right-turn action time Tr' corresponding to the driver and the intersection from the history data; a right-turn action time sensing time calculation part 111 for calculating right-turn time sensing time Tj similar to the estimation value Tr on the basis of the estimation value Tr; and a right-turn action time sensing stimulus presenting part 112 for applying stimulus to a driver's sense only for the right-turn time sensing time Tj.
