PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pan structure simplifying the structure of the oil pan itself by limiting the number of parts as small as possible and allowing smooth suction of oil from the deepest portion of a storage part by an oil changer. SOLUTION: A second foaming prevention plate 16 is disposed on a rear portion 13b of a bottom wall part 13 of an oil pan main body 10 and is made to serve as a nozzle guide for guiding the tip of a nozzle 51 of the oil changer 5 to the neighborhood of the bottom wall part near the deepest portion of the storage part, which nozzle is inserted in a level gage guide 4 in place of an oil level gage when oil in the storage part 11 of the oil pan 1 is changed. A stopper 61 is erectly provided on a front portion 13a of the bottom wall part for positioning the nozzle tip of the oil changer guided by the second foaming prevention plate near the deepest portion of the storage part. A guide part 7 is provided on the rear portion of the bottom wall part of the oil pan main body for guiding the nozzle tip of the oil changer guided in the storage part to the second foaming prevention plate.
