PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope protection construction form capable of solving such a problem that a conventional lower open type form needs mighty labor required for covering a reinforcement while widening the lower end side of a plate-like form when it is mounted, the plate-like form and the upper horizontal reinforcement are deformed and a space in a downward part of the plate-like form is not decided because the downward part of the plate-like form is not connected. SOLUTION: The slope protection construction form is constituted of two plate-like forms arranged at both sides of the reinforcement, the upper horizontal reinforcement connected in the longitudinal direction of the plate-like forms in opposing positions in a rotatable manner at two or more positions, and a lower horizontal reinforcement connected with one plate-like form in a rotatable manner and engaged with a free end side with the other plate-like form in an opposite position. Alternatively, it comprises the two plate-like forms arranged on both sides of the reinforcement, the upper horizontal reinforcement connected in the longitudinal direction of the plate-like forms in opposing positions in a rotatable manner at two or more positions, and a reinforcement positioner rotatably mounted to each plate-like form and abutted on the reinforcement from the side thereof.
