PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding fan which has portability equal to a conventional folding fan and which is capable of supplying cold air of lower temperature. SOLUTION: This cold air folding fan is provided with a plurality of thin-bar rib parts whose respective one end parts are connected rotatably, sheet-like fan parts which are arranged between the plurality of rib parts and which are foldable in the state of zig-zag, and channels through which mist-like ice components can pass through formed at the rib part.
