PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a molded product enhanced in mass productivity and capable of obtaining good transfer properties. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus of the molded product is characterized in that carbon dioxide is introduced into a mold cavity in a state that the gap between a matrix sheet 1 comprising a thermoplastic resin and the transfer surface 3 of a mold are kept to 5 mm or below. If the gap between the matrix sheet 1 and the transfer surface 3 of the mold is wide, the amount of excessive carbon dioxide not dissolved in the matrix sheet 1 becomes much and, when the transfer surface 3 is pressed by a press or the like, exhaustion becomes hard to perform by low pressure pressing force. Further, if the gap becomes narrower, the absolute amount of introduced carbon dioxide can be reduced and economical efficiency is achieved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
