<p>Method for optical scanning sample involves extraction of individual image by scanning unit (5) and recording of individual image whereby in each case, it is evaluated by means of an adaptive sensor unit (12) with respect to its contrast totally or partly. The contrast values are extracted thus control the operating mode of the entire system. An independent claim is also included for a device of optical scanning of sample.</p> |
