The structure has a curved radiation unit (18) partially embedded in a resin unit. An upper surface section covers a heat receiving section of a radiating unit together with a resin unit. A contact zoning exhibits in between the former section and the receiving section, and another zoning is exhibited between latter section and resin unit. The latter zoning surrounds the former zoning, where the latter zoning is sealed. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a flow measuring device with a sealing structure (B) a method for representing a sealing structure.
