A disc structure by which SN ratio deterioration due to generation of eddy current can be prevented, and a method for manufacturing such disc structure are provided. On a disc (101), a metal thin film (102), a magnetic thin film (103), an insulating film (104) are successively formed, and an RF-ID chip (106) and a constitutional section of an antenna (109) connected to the RF-ID chip (106) are formed on the insulating film (104).
