The tree stand (1) has retaining elements (5) which rest strength-free against the trunk (4) in a holding position, in which the retaining element clamp the trunk. The force transmission element (7) load the flexible connection part such that the retaining elements are arranged against a flexible strength from the loose position into the enclosed position. The trailer (2) is arranged to a fastening bolt (3) for the trunk tree, with several axle fastening bolts are arranged to the retaining elements. The retaining elements are arranged against a flexible resistance from the loose position into an enclosed position, then into the orientation position. With the same retaining strength the trunk is pressed, whereby a flexible buffer element (8) is engaged at the force transmission element in such a manner that the force transmission element re-defines the retaining elements in the orientation position. The strength applied in the holding position is so laid out that the trunk fixes provisionally, but can be aligned.
