PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a retail store such as a convenience store or supermarket to inexpensively introduce a price card with a storage member.

SOLUTION: As a price card for presenting the name or price of a commodity to customers in a commodity showcase of the retail store, a rewritable card capable of repeatedly rewriting print on the surface is used. A service computer 112 registers price card ordering information in a database 11 and outputs it to a price card issuing machine 113 to issue a price card, and delivers it to the retail store. Information stored in an RFID is read in the retail store, and the service computer 112 collates the read information with information registered in the database 111 to perform inspection processing.
