<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily mountable parting material which is mounted on a staircase, and which makes a nail for mounting the parting material inconspicuous. <P>SOLUTION: This parting material comprises: a long parting material body 1 which has an almost L-shaped cross section, and the outside of which is fixed by a fixing implement in the state of abutting on a parting member where surface materials cross each other; and a decorative member 2 which is engaged with the inside of the parting material body 1, and which is mounted in such a manner as to cover the parting material body. In the parting material, a saw-tooth-shaped cross-section part 5 to be engaged is longitudinally elongated to each of an elevation surface 3 and a plane 4 inside the parting material body 1; an engaging part 6 with a saw tooth-shaped cross section, which is engaged with the part 5 of the parting material body 1, is longitudinally elongated to a surface facing the elevation surface 3 and the plane 4, inside the parting material body 1, of the decorative member 2; and the part 5 to be engaged and the engaging part 6 are engaged with each other in such a manner that an adhesive is interposed between the parting material body 1 and the decorative member 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
