<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus that can further shorten printing time for distributed printing of divided print data to a plurality of printers. <P>SOLUTION: A PC 1 comprises a printer group storage part 12 for storing a group of one or more printers 2, a print instruction reception part 11 for receiving an image forming job for forming images on recording paper, a data division part 15 for dividing the image forming job received by the print instruction reception part 11 on a page basis among the group of printers 2 stored in the printer group storage part 12, and a job sending part 16 for assigning each image forming job divided by the data division part 15 to each printer 2 for execution.
