<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for managing a pole and cable for instantaneously disclosing a whole image and detailed information in fine detail including a picture or video on site to a place where any accident or trouble may be occurred in not only a pole but also various cables laid between poles. <P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal with a camera fetches and displays an image such as an arbitrary peripheral picture and map, and the points of the pole and cable or the like are set on the image, and the location information of the pole and cable or the like on the image is specified by using a global positioning system, and the points of the pole and cable or the like on the image are photographed by the portable terminal with a camera, and character information is inputted, and stored in the electronic information storing part of the portable terminal with a camera, and the photographic object and character information are stored through various communication networks such as the Internet in an electronic information storing machine, and fetched to the program of a computer terminal so as to be displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
