摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flexibility of a bending angle between a projector and a photodetector adjacent to each other when producing an optical curtain by connecting a plurality of multiple optical axis photoelectric sensors. <P>SOLUTION: The outline of the photodetector 1 is formed of: a case main body 2 obtained by opening both of the ends of an extruded product; and terminal members 5 connected to both of the ends. Each terminal members 5 has a stepped shape obtained by notching a part of a cross section shape which is substantially equal to that of the case main body 2, and a horizontal surface 12 which never interfers with an optical axis and which is parallel to the optical axis is formed there to arrange an external connector 13 on the horizontal surface 12. An insertion port 15 for receiving the external connector 13 is opened toward a photodetecting surface, and the connector 13 makes the cross section shape equal to that of the case main body 2 together with the terminal members 5 when connecting the connector 13. A flexible cable 20 extended out from the connector 13 is extended out to the side of the back surface of the photodetector 1 through a horizontal surface connected with the horizontal surface 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
