<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact exhaust valve for a vehicular fuel container which can be arranged in a modular system as an additional assembly of the fuel container. <P>SOLUTION: A flow passage changing element realizing two connection positions and three connection ports (18, 20, 21) are provided on a valve housing (24), the first connection port (18) is connected to a fuel container (1) or a first fuel vapor filter (2a) in a second stage, the second connection port (20) is connected to an oil feed pipe (5) of the fuel container (1), and the third connection port (21) is communicated with the outside air. A first filtering chamber (22) is provided in a valve housing (24), and a second fuel vapor filter (2b) is stored in the first filtering chamber. The first connection port (18) and the third connection port (21) are communicated with each other so as to perform the exhaust opt while operating the fuel container (1) in the first connection position of the flow passage changing element, and the first connection port (18) and the second connection port (20) are communicated with each other while bypassing a second fuel vapor filter (1b) so as to perform the exhaust operation while feeding oil to the fuel container (1) in the second connection position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
