<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the emission of an allophone capable of being emitted from the connected part of a holding part and the base part of a fastener. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a window 10 for a vehicle, which is equipped with the fastener 20 inserted in the attaching hole of the window opening panel of the vehicle and the holding part 14 holding the fastener to a glass plate, comprises a process (a) for applying an adhesive to the forming region of the holding part in the surface layer of the glass plate, a process (b) for setting the glass plate and the fastener of which the base part is formed of a predetermined resin material in an injection mold so as to oppose the base part of the fastener to the forming region of the holding part of the glass plate and a molding process (c) for injecting and charging a liquid resin, which comprises the same resin material as the base part of the fastener, in the cavity space for the holding part including the base part of the fastener therein of the injection mold to weld the holding part to the base part of the fastener by the liquid resin, which flows around the base part of the fastener, on the forming region of the holding part of the glass plate to integrate the same with the base part of the fastener and molding the holding part fixed to the surface layer of the glass plate by the adhesive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
