PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube having a lubricated bearing, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A valve (16) for filling-in a chamber (12), for supporting the rotating shaft (7) of a rotation anode (4) in the X-ray tube (1), is provided. The valve (16) has a needle (17) which is supported on a seat. This needle (17) maintains vacuum inside the vessel. A sleeve (20) can be engaged with the valve (16). This sleeve (20) slides in a guide (21). The guide (21) may be connected to vacuum by a conduit or may be connected to a bottle, filled with a lubricant liquid under vacuum.
