PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation emitting device equipped with a lubricating type bearings, and to provide manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Clean filling in a lubricating cavity of a shaft (7) of a rotating anode (4) is provided by the cavity having a channel with its opening (22) opened to the outside of an X-ray tube. With this constitution, the result of filling is superior and cleaner, and its reproducibility is high. This is a radiation emitting device, such as an X-ray tube, which comprises a case in the volume of which X-rays are generated, a rotating anode having a shaft, a rotating anode support, and mechanical bearings which support the anode shaft in a support body. This support body includes bearings and a chamber which separates the bearings from the X-ray generating volume.
