PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof connector on which water intrusion passage guiding water to a terminal housing chamber of a housing is not formed even if a wire is pulled, capable of improving a waterproof property. SOLUTION: The water proof connectors C1, C2 are provided with housings 12, 22 having terminal housing chambers 12c, 22c housing terminals 10, 20 connected to a plurality of wires W respectively, and lid bodies 30 mounted on back end parts where openings of respective terminal housing chambers 12c, 22c of the housings 12, 22 are formed. The lid bodies 30 has a sealing part 31 serving to waterproof the back end part of the housings 12, 22, and a holder pare 32 engaged with and fixed to the back end part of the housings 12, 22.
