PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic polymer EL element and a manufacturing method of the high-quality organic polymer EL element, wherein an organic light emitting medium layer is accurately removed according to the shape of a letter press, and the organic light-emitting medium layer is accurately transcribed on a surface of an object to be transcribed at patterning and transfer of the organic light-emitting medium layer, using the letter press reversing offset method. SOLUTION: When manufacturing the polymer organic light-emitting EL element, wherein a transferred body and a removal plate are pressure-bonded and an unnecessary part of the organic light-emitting medium layer is removed and the patterning of the organic light-emitting medium layer is carried out, then the transferred body in which the patterning is completed and a transferred body are pressure-bonded, and the organic light-emitting medium layer is transferred to the transferred body, after moisturizing either one or both of the organic light-emitting medium layer and the removal plate with a solvent in which the organic light-emitting medium layer is soluble, the organic light-emitting medium layer and the removal plate are pressure-bonded, and the unwanted part of the organic light-emitting medium layer is transferred to the protrusion part of the removal plate, and patterning is carried out.
