PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting device capable of controlling a simple displacement in a displacement source while keeping the own vibration transmission efficiency low when a large simple displacement occurs in the displacement source. SOLUTION: The supporting device 1 is equipped with a supporting member 10 interposed between a displacement source 100 and another structure 200. While maintaining a spring constant which the supporting member 10 has, the displacement of the displacement source 100 is controlled by increasing and decreasing a supporting reaction of the supporting member 10.
