PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfecting printing device capable of opening a paper re-feed and conveyance passage to easily treat jamming if paper sheet conveyance jamming occurs between a paper re-feed tray and a print cylinder when a surface-printed paper sheet is re-fed from the paper re-feed tray. SOLUTION: In the perfecting printing device in which a print cylinder 11, a press roller 12, a press roller supporting member 44, and a paper re-feed tray 8 to temporarily place a surface-printed paper sheet P1 thereon are provided on a device body 43, and the surface-printed paper sheet P1 placed on the paper re-feed tray 8 is re-fed toward the print cylinder 11, the paper re-feed tray 8 is set to be movable with respect to the device body 43 so as to selectively occupy the first position of re-feeding the surface-printed paper sheet P toward the print cylinder 11 and the second position of opening a paper re-feed and conveyance passage X of the surface-printed paper sheet P1.
