PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat vulcanizing adhesive method of a steeply inclined conveyor capable of easily and firmly connecting a base belt to a corrugated flange of the steeply inclined conveyor without using any metal parts such as bolts. SOLUTION: In the steeply inclined conveyor having a corrugated flange along the longitudinal direction on both sides of the width direction of a base belt 1, an adhesive face to the corrugated flange is ground with the width of a base part 2a of the corrugated flange at the corrugated flange mounting position along the longitudinal direction of the base belt 1. A back face of the base part 2a of the corrugated flange is also ground. Rubber cement 4 and 5 is coated on the ground portion of the base belt 1 and the ground portion of the base part 2a of the corrugated flange. A raw rubber sheet 6 is held between the base belt 1 with the raw rubber 4 and 5 coated thereon and the base part 2 of the corrugated flange, and the heat and the pressure are applied from the outside to perform heat vulcanized adhesion.
